This compact vacuum coater uses Plasma Ion Assisted Deposition (PIAD), combining ion/plasma treatment with electron beam evaporation to create coatings that are impossible with conventional PVD methods. It’s ideal for high-density optical coatings, hard compound coatings, and metal films on complex surfaces.
